How Toscana began
Chef Michele opened Toscana in 2015 with one conviction: Solvang deserved a real Italian table where the food honored tradition and the welcome felt genuine. It's been his hands-on project ever since — from the kitchen to the courtyard.
The people behind the table
Michele leads the kitchen as Owner and Executive Chef, while Talissa Gil (General Manager) and Juan Gil (Manager) ensure every guest feels looked after. Together, they've shaped a culture where the team's warmth is as memorable as the food.
